Look what just came in the mail - cheques from Google Adsense and Amazon.com. Since I’m new to the “making money” blogosphere, I’d figure that I should post pictures of my cheques as proof of earnings. Although I expect my consultancy revenues to exceed my website earnings for this year, I’ve signed up with a bunch of affiliate programs and will also begin selling banners soon. My websites will be a “back-up” income stream since it only requires 2-3 hours of attention and they generate earnings even while I sleep. So without further ado, here they are (still waiting for my payment from Kontera): Update: for those who can’t see very well, it’s US$1,724.92 from Adsense and US$913.32 from Amazon. :p

Together with Kontera, my earnings for March should be slightly over RM10,000.

how did u earn so much?
is online marketing topics a high paying keyword?

It takes a lot of hard work, commitment, patience, and money spent on trial and errors.
My websites are not centered around online marketing topics. They’re broad-based, ranging from technology to gospel lyrics.
Only LarryLim.NET is about online marketing, and as you can see, it’s not being monetized, i.e. I’ve not put a single ad on the website.

When you are promoting earnings from adsense & other online publisher programs, you should be recognizing the earnings are extremely minimal compared to the possibilities. Remove adsense from all sites, start promoting products. Adsense should be showing 5-10% convert to a click, if not you need to work on placement.
Adsense from 1,000,000 impressions should be around 10,000$-15,000$. Promote a product worth $30 commission and your now looking at 30,000$ on a 1% conversion rate, much lower conversion with a much higher income. Or, like your post from the past “Credit Card Affiliate Program” Promote a card which pays on applications, your now looking at $5.60 on each convert guaranteed, your back to 3-7% with 5,040$ on only 3% conversion, your still making more money than adsense… Is adsense worth it?

Wow excellent! this is a great sharing. But I thought based on Google tnc, we are not allowed to share the earning information? I not very sure, I read this from another forum. Anyway well done Larry :)
