It looks like I’ll have to play Internet Marketing Coach again, less than a month after speaking at Chief Marketing Officer 2007. This time, it’ll be an internal online marketing workshop at TM Net, Malaysia’s leading ISP, and will be attended by managers and above. While there was a speaking panel the last time around, all attention will be focused on me for this “solo” effort. My role will also be more challenging, i.e. instead of just speaking on online marketing, I’ll be coordinating break-up sessions, contributing ideas and moderating. I could choose to stay within my comfort zone but that’ll mean never knowing my full potential. Personally, I’d prefer consulting, but I think my subconscious mind wants me to go out instead of sitting infront of the laptop all day. It’s probably also because I appreciate the opportunity the big corporations are beginning to give to freelancers like myself, something I thought only exists in a western society. Rats! Should have attented one of those motivational workshop by Adam Khoo or something. But who knows?! Internet marketing coaching could be a new income stream for me, in addition to making money from websites and from consulting. Wish me luck. ;) P/S: will likely be offline from Sunday to Tuesday for this event.
