
Domain squatting and domain speculation are quite common with gTLDs, e.g. you register a keyword name like “business.com” and then rent or sell it off for millions. Although SGNIC forbids such practices for .sg domain names, I’ve found some rather wasteful use by a local web hosting company.

This is a follow-up to Company A’s Adwords scam that I blogged about in May. The good news is that I managed to convince the doctor to let me manage her campaign for 2 months. The even better news is that she’s projected to save S$110,000 a year.

I just got a long, negative comment on my BuyButtonz post that was made back in May 2007. The comment is supposedly made by a frustrated BuyButtonz merchant, who is still owed S$241,000 by Chain Fusion Ltd. I can’t verify the allegations but you can read more on this blog (link provided by the author) to make your own conclusion.

The last two weeks have been pretty hectic. I was in Singapore, Malacca and now KL, doing 16 meetings in between. Besides clients, I also touched base with a couple of industry players that are important for my plans.
