It was a new personal record and with the sale of this last website, I’ve come a full circle from when I started in late 2005. I know it’s been two whole months since Part 2 but trust me, this one’s worth the wait. :)
The Christmas period has always been a time for relection and I have to admit that this has been a particularly good year for me …infact the best. I sold my last website yesterday (will write about it shortly) - a new personal record. It marks a successful end since I dabbled with websites at end-2005.
It wasn’t me who uttered those words. Went to a Western food diner yesterday in my residential area, which was situated on the 2nd storey of a small shoplot. A co-owner came to sit with us and when asked about his business he lamented, “I have unreasonable and stupid customers!”
Negotiate, sell, receive payment, transfer! The familiar process that I’d been through with all my previous website sales. I sold my (almost) 2 year old Windows Vista website last night for $12,500 and then had a sleepless night.
