About Larry Lim
I'm a civil engineer by training (NTU, Singapore) and have my background in product development for ISP services, voice-recognition and telco products at Keppel T&T. My role was to basically take a product from concept to profitability. I'm today Singapore's top-ranked SEO consultant, working from Malaysia on a freelance basis.

Internet Experience
I started out creating and running my own content websites in 2005. Along the way, I learned the practical aspects of online marketing and monetizing my website traffic. Overtime, I became good at what I do, serving over 8 million pages a month and made over US$100,000 in under 2 years.
I can confidently say that I'm the rare few, if not the ONLY consultant in Singapore, with such experience.
One of my websites was The Vista Forums - home to the world's biggest Windows Vista community, with over 30,000 members and received 13,000 visitors a day! The forum was sold to iEntry in 2007.
Consulting Experience
My first consulting job was for Latvia-based PalmOil.com in 2006, where I doubled their traffic to 70,000 visitors and tripled their revenue in 3 months. From there, I build a reputation with my competitive rates, no BS approach and personalized service, to become the leading SEO consultant in Singapore.
Despite being a freelancer and working from Malaysia, I count companies like SPH, M1, TM Net, iProperty and NYSE-listed Premiere Global among my clients. I also work 'behind-the-scenes' for agencies like Edelman and Go Direct!, and have turned over clients from full-fledged providers like Pinstorm and Google-appointed Adwords resellers like Activa Media and Purpleclick - yes, bigger is not always necessarily better!
And More...
As a leading SEO consultant, I've been referenced in articles, research papers, MBA projects and public seminars as far as India. I've also done corporate training for internal marketers, and have been invited to speak at seminars and industry events like AdTech. I also write regularly for Marketing, a sister publication of Adoi Magazine in Malaysia.
Everybody who's anybody in the industry knows me or has at least heard about me. I've been headhunted by agencies and offered partnerships in established search marketing firms. However, my preference is still to remain a freelancer so that I can offer my clients a good, honest service at reasonable rates instead of being driven by sales targets!
